I work with adults who are seeking therapy for help recovering from trauma, struggling with feelings of depression or anxiety, experiencing difficulty with a new life transition, need help working through difficult relationship dynamics, or are seeking insight into early life experiences. My therapeutic style is relational, meaning I work to develop a strong, positive, and safe relationship with my clients, using the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for change. I work collaboratively with my clients to explore and understand their emotional experiences. Together, we seek to identify old patterns of relating to others that are no longer serving them and move towards new and healthier ways of being.
